Cotton candy melts in your mouth
like the shore of the sea
tangential to the circle of my soul
round, round, round
your tongue turns blue
Play the part of the Good Samaritan
or the Wicked Levi
lingering tingles, nuts and bolts
bzzt, bzzt, bzzt
your heart beats dilemma
Rendezvous with me at sunset
17:54 sharp
behind Marie Antoinette’s guillotine
chank, chank, chank
your eyes, blades
A ramune bottle floating in the school pond
ebbing and flowing
it’s marble stationary and still, wandering and gone
clink, clink, clink
your lips tell the tale of two hearts
